How corrections work
When we identify a factual error that could materially change a reader’s understanding, we correct the page promptly and review nearby claims that may depend on the same information. Minor spelling, formatting or clarity edits may be made without a correction note.
Material changes
Where a correction affects a central conclusion, regulatory status, study result, safety statement or other significant claim, we aim to make the update visible and retain an appropriate record of what changed.
