How pure are your peptides?
Every product is independently tested in our Australian lab — not supplier-certified — achieving 99%+ purity on every batch. We use HPLC and Mass Spectrometry methods.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes. We ship to all Australian states and territories. Orders over $100 qualify for free express shipping via Australia Post. Same-day dispatch on orders placed before 2pm AEST.
Is BAC water included with my order?
Yes. Every peptide order includes a free vial of bacteriostatic water for reconstitution. Extra BAC water vials are also available for purchase.
How should I store research peptides?
Unreconstituted peptides should be refrigerated at 2–8°C. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, keep refrigerated and use within 4–6 weeks. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Can I request lab reports?
Absolutely. Full HPLC and Mass Spec lab reports are available for any product on request. Email admin@elitepepsaustralia.com.
